How to request deletion
The lodge’s Secretary or Worshipful Master can request account deletion directly on the platform. Each brother can also request deletion of his own personal data.
- Go to app.fraterly.online and sign in.
- Open Settings and click "Delete account".
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the registered address — deletion only takes effect when you click the link in that e-mail.
- If you cannot access the account, e-mail support@fraterly.online from the registered address requesting deletion.
What happens to the data
Once deletion is confirmed through the e-mail link, the account is deactivated immediately. Within 30 days, the data is permanently erased:
- Lodge data, documents and name history
- Brethren and family members (names, e-mails and other personal data)
- Offices, terms and meetings
- Dues and entries
Subscription billing records (amount, date and status) are kept for tax purposes, with no personal data beyond the associated lodge.
Grace period and withdrawal
There is a 30-day grace period between confirming the request and permanent erasure. If you change your mind within that period, write to support@fraterly.online asking for reactivation — no data is erased before the period ends.
After 30 days, erasure is permanent and cannot be undone.
